Runs day-to-day operations, staff training, and coordinates between classroom teachers and visiting therapists.
Builds the term calendar, tracks individualized education plans, and prepares progress reviews with parents.
Leads one-to-one communication sessions and trains families on carrying techniques over at home.
Designs sensory-integration activities and fine-motor routines woven into daily classroom time.
Works on routine-building and self-regulation strategies alongside classroom teachers.
Leads the 3–6 age classroom, building individualized plans around play-based communication.
Focuses on structured literacy and numeracy for students aged 7–11.
Runs the life-skills and independence program for older students, including community outings.
Supports two classrooms day to day, helping students follow visual schedules and routines.
Leads adapted movement and play sessions, building gross-motor skills and turn-taking.
Uses art and music sessions as another channel for expression and fine-motor practice.
